Stanford Jazz
The Stanford Jazz Workshop is a nonprofit organization devoted to jazz education and appreciation. For over fifty years, it has united renowned jazz performers and educators with students of all ages and skill levels through its summer programs, including the Giant Steps Day Camp, Jazz Camp, and Jazz Institute.
Their new website clearly communicates the organization’s mission: education, performance, and community-building. The main menu and sub-sections are well-structured making it easy to find information about program descriptions, registration, pricing, musicians, as well as donation and support options, which is important for a nonprofit arts organization.
In the backend the website utilizes custom post types to manage faculty profiles and portfolio items, along with a robust plugin that organizes and tracks all jazz festival events.
